Accessibility statement

Mostly conformant with EN 301 549 V3.2.1 / WCAG 2.1 AA

UNIVERSUM Verlag GmbH aims to make the Real4Reg learning space accessible in accordance with EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (corresponding to WCAG 2.1 AA). This statement applies to the Real4Reg web application.

Implemented measures

In particular, the application implements the following requirements:

• Measured colour contrast above AA thresholds (text ≥ 4.5:1, controls/graphics ≥ 3:1)
• Full keyboard operability with a visible, consistent focus
• Semantic landmarks, heading structure and labelled controls
• Live regions for status and route messages
• Click targets of at least 44 × 44 px
• Reflow down to 320 px width without horizontal scrolling, usable at 200% zoom
• Respects prefers-reduced-motion

Accessibility aids

The “Accessibility” button in the header enables five display aids; the settings are saved:

• High contrast
• Large text
• Dark mode
• Increased spacing
• Reading guide – movable with Alt + ↑ / ↓

All settings are saved and remain active on the next visit.
